Shipping
All orders made through this site will be processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. All domestic orders will be shipped via our FedEx 2-Day service, however, International orders may take longer due to customs processes. Shipment of goods may depend upon availability, quantity ordered and other factors that may affect final delivery date. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number that will allow you to track your order until delivery.
Please Note: The physical Employee Logo Store has been permanently closed and we've transitioned to online only. However, we do offer an employee only pickup option from G350.
Note: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so please provide an appropriate address so we can process your order efficiently.
In the unlikely chance that merchandise was damaged in shipment, please do not distribute the items until the carrier can inspect the shipment and a claim can be submitted. For more information about returns click here.

Regarding Pickup option Employee Only Pick up at 3375 Koapaka Street, Suite G350 (EMPLOYEES ONLY)
All orders are packed on Tuesday's and Friday's. They are dropped off at the Reception desk at G350 by midnight. If an order is needed by a certain day, we recommend having your online order placed by 1:00pm on Monday or Thursday.
